lak33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with applicable international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your account lifecycle.

The lak33 platform operates a native Pakistani Rupee (PKR) wallet. All balances, wagers, winnings, and statements are denominated in PKR unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the lak33 cashier at the time of transaction. lak33 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits on a per-transaction and per-period basis, which may be adjusted for verified VIP accounts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lak33 and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, winnings, or data; (b) any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of lak33; (c) interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside lak33's reasonable control.
lak33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made to your lak33 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
lak33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, regulatory requirements, or commercial reasons. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.
You may close your lak33 account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gambling regulatory frameworks. In the event of a dispute, lak33 will first attempt to resolve the matter through its internal complaints procedure. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, disputes may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority or an agreed independent arbitration body.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer where applicable under local law.
lak33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the lak33 platform.
